ActorZone was created by Logie Award-winning actor, director and producer Paul O’Brien with one simple idea: actors should train for the industry they actually want to work in.

Film and television acting happens inside the frame.

After years working professionally in front of and behind the camera, Paul saw the same problem repeatedly. Actors could spend years taking classes, yet still struggle with auditions, self-tapes, agents, professional sets and building strong material for their profile.

Actors work on camera technique, eyelines, images, movement, pace, taking direction, audition skills, casting identity and professional preparation.

We also help actors understand the business around the performance, including finding and working with agents, communicating with casting, directors and producers, and learning how to navigate the industry professionally.

Our flagship 3 Scene Profile Build is a complete 10-week profile build with approximately 20 hours of private one-on-one coaching.

It includes three custom-written cinematic scenes, private rehearsals, professional filming and editing, headshots, profile development, casting identity, audition and on-set skills, cover letter guidance and industry mentoring.
